Moderator: Mark Dillon, Director of Business Development, Corporate Concepts:
Mark is a 30 year veteran in the industry, currently he is the Director of Business Development for Corporate Concepts – the 2nd largest Knoll dealership in the United States. He attended Boise State University and DePaul in Chicago specializing in Marketing and Communications and is involved with several charitable organizations including: March of Dimes, City of Hope as well as Chair of the 2012 Greater Chicago Food Depository Real Estate Awards.
Bob Chodos, Executive Vice President, Principal, Colliers International: Bob is a Colliers Chicago Office leader with 30 years experience in commercial real estate focused in the Occupier Services Practice area, primarily representing tenants in both the Metropolitan Chicago market area as well as nationally. Supervised and project managed a broad range of assignments including: Large and medium scale corporate headquarters site selection and relocation projects; Incentives procurement, site selection and project implementation for build-to-suits in the Corporate, Financial Services, Food Service and Data/Technology Center industries; Site selection and project implementation for large and medium sized law firm relocation/restructure assignments; and, Corporate Strategic Real Estate Planning initiatives.
Fritz Duda Jr., Principal, Clark Street Development, LLC: Fritz Lee Duda, Jr. is a real estate executive with over eighteen years experience in major real estate acquisition and development projects nationwide and three years experience in corporate and structured finance. Previously, Mr. Duda was the Senior Vice President – Development for Hiffman Shaffer Associates (HSA), a private investment, brokerage and development services company based in Chicago. Prior to HSA, Mr. Duda practiced law with Rudnick & Wolfe’s (now DLA Piper) Real Estate Department in Chicago.
Rob Hunden, President, Hunden Strategic Partners: As President of Hunden Strategic Partners, Rob offers extensive experience in managing the feasibility and implementation of major real estate projects. Since launching Hunden Strategic Partners, he has been a sought after consultant for hotel, convention, mixed-use entertainment and retail projects as well as other tourism and economic development projects and master plans. He specializes in convention centers and convention hotel strategy and has worked on numerous such projects across the U.S and internationally. To date, he has worked on over 250 assignments with more than $1 billion in projects built since 1996.

Unless otherwise stated, the following registration policies apply:
  • On-line Registration: You may register online for any of our events and chose to pay by American Expresss or check.
  • New Members: New members who have joined SMPS within the last 30 days should contact Membership Chair, Amanda Rackow to register for any events to allow ample time for their membership status to be updated in our database.
  • Checks should be mailed in advance to: SMPS Chicago Chapter Treasurer, Megan Muter, 30 N LaSalle Street, Suite 3220, Chicago, IL 60602. Payable to SMPS.
  • Service Charges: Parties who do not pre-pay for the program or pay the day of the program will be billed for the cost of the program and be charged a $10.00 fee to cover billing and processing.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations may be made up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Pre-registered "no-shows" are responsible for the full cost of registration plus service charge and will be billed accordingly. If you wish to cancel your registration on-line, login to our site, go to the member area and select "My Register Events" and then select the event registration you wish to cancel. If you paid by credit card, you card will be credited. If you paid by check a refund will be mailed to you within 10 business days according to the terms of our cancellation policy.
